% 03.02.2016 After some hearing, learned counsel sought liberty to withdraw the appeal on the ground that the application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 is pending before the concerned Mahila Court. He requested that interim order in this appeal should be continued for a period of four weeks. Counsel for the respondent/defendant has no objection to the suggestion. The application pending before the concerned Mahila Court shall be considered and order be rendered on its merits. The interim order in this case shall continue to bind the parties for four weeks. During this period, it is open to the concerned Mahila Court to consider the submission of the parties and independently on the merits either
