CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER

O R D E R

% 18.03.2019 1.

Mr. Goswami, learned counsel for the petitioner, says that in view of the fact that an award has already been passed and also given the fact that the petitioner (i.e. the decree holder) has filed an independent execution petition, the captioned petition is not pressed any further. 2.

Accordingly, the captioned petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the decree holder to move the concerned Court for appropriate orders.

3.

Since an interim order was passed on 18.7.2018 in the captioned petition, learned counsel for the judgment debtor says that the judgment debtor will abide by the same for the next three (3) weeks. 4.

It is made clear that in case appropriate orders are not obtained by the petitioner/decree holder from the executing court within the next three (3) weeks, interim order dated 18.7.2018 will stand dissolved. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J MARCH 18, 2019/rb
