% 13.07.2017 IA No.7622/2017 in OMP(COMM.)107/2016 IA No.7621/2017 in OMP(COMM.)129/2016 OMP No.107/2016 is filed by the petitioner/Yogendra Knitting Mills under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking to set aside the Award dated 26.4.2011. The respondent/ Sachdeva Promoters And Properties Pvt Ltd has filed OMP No.129/2016 to set aside the same Award. Parties have now entered into a settlement which is incorporated in the applications being IA No.7622/2017 in OMP(COMM.)107/2016 and IA

No.7621/2017 in OMP(COMM.)129/2016. The applications reproduce the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. Mr.Nidhish Rajpal, Partner of Yogendra Knitting Mills and Mr.S.K.Sachdeva, Managing Director of Sachdeva Promoters and Properties Pvt. Ltd. are present in person in court. They undertake to the court to abide by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. Applications are allowed.

Accordingly, the Award dated 26.4.2011 is set aside by consent of the parties. Parties would be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

OMP(COMM.)107/2016 OMP(COMM.)129/2016 Petitions/suits stand disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
