The prayer made in the application is as follows:- "The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the said FDR on behalf of the Petitioners and further be pleased to take on record the said FRD along with an additional affidavit for the matter which is not covered in the said Order or the Order of the Division Bench - 1, in the interest of justice;" W.P.(C) 4612/2018

Accordingly, the petitioner is given time till 31.05.2018 to file the original FDR in accordance with directions contained in order dated 01.05.2018.
