1. This petition has been pending since August 2015. Counsel point out that both parties are government owned companies and are negotiating a settlement.

2. Considering that no interim order has been passed thus far, and the Respondents have, in any event, stayed their hands during the pendency of the present petition, it is directed that in the event that the Respondents seek to take any coercive steps against the Petitioner, ten days‟ advance notice will be given to the Petitioner. This is subject to the bank guarantee in question being kept alive by the Petitioner.
