% 21.03.2024 At the outset, learned counsel for the parties are informed that the spouse of the undersigned has a small investment through the respondent/ Moti Lal Oswal Securities Ltd. Counsel submit that they have no objection to the undersigned considering and deciding the present matter. I.A. 7779/2023 in O.M.P. (COMM) 126/2016 I.A. 7778/2023 in O.M.P. (COMM) 177/2016 2.
By way of the present applications under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the petitioners seek transfer of the matters to the appropriate District Court since the pecuniary value of the claims/counter-claims in the matters is stated to be below the pecuniary threshold of this court i.e. Rs.02 crores.

Mr. Anuj Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in O.M.P. (COMM) No. 126/2016 the value of the claim/counter-claim was about Rs. 89 lacs; and in O.M.P. (COMM) No. 177/2016 the value was about Rs. 1.46 crores. 4.
Notice on these applications was issued by the learned Joint Registrar on 25.04.2021.

Mr. Sunil Goyal, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent; and does not oppose the prayer made in the applications. 6.
Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the Registry is directed to transfer the files of these matters to the court of competent territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction.

Let the needful be done within 02 weeks.

Let the parties appear before the concerned court on 08th April 2024. 9.
Applications stand disposed-of.
