% 05.03.2020 This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking appropriate direction to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out in Property No. 19-C, Ansari Road, Daryaganj, Delhi. The respondent/SDMC has filed status reports where the steps taken against the said unauthorized construction has been elaborated. Learned counsel for the SDMC states another status report will be filed during the course of the day, he further states that demolition action is fixed for 27.03.2020.

The respondents are taking steps as per law against the said property and they will continue to deal with the said property as per law. Nothing further survives in the petition.

Petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also dispoed of.
