In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South), Saket, Delhi on 19.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.

Mr. Devender Singh, Jr. Assistant Ahlmad from the Court of Sh. Aproov Sarvaria, Ld. Civil Judge, Tis Hazari (Central) present in place of bound down witness alongwith summoned record and discharged without being examined.
