None appears for the petitioner and therefore I dismiss the petition for non-prosecution noting that the grievance of the petitioner was to register an FIR against R-3 to R-8 and grant police protection to the petitioner. 2.

The record shows that a private dispute concerning title of immovable property exists between the parties.

It appears that the writ petition has been filed to tweak the arms of the opposite party.

Agreements to sell general power of attorney etc. have themselves been filed by the petitioners.

Filed in the year 2009 the petition has been languishing on May 09, 2013 which was directed to be listed on May 30, 2013 but was not listed in Court on said date. Counsel for the petitioners did not even bother for the writ petition to be listed thereafter.

Since none appears for the petitioner the petition is dismissed in default.

No costs.
