% 17.04.2017 By this petition filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act the petitioner seeks summoning of two witnesses, namely, the officer concerned from the Office of Transport Commissioner, State of Uttar Pradesh, Tehri Kothi, M.G.Marg, Lucknow, U.P., and Officer concerned from the Income Tax Department, Ward-1(2) Room No.398-B, 3rd Floor, C.R.Building, I.P.Estate, New Delhi to bring the records pertaining to M/s.Agros Impex (I) Private Limited from 2005 to 2015. Witnesses are to be summoned before the Arbitral Tribunal comprising Mr.Sudhanshu Batra, Senior Advocate for 27.5.2017. The order of the Arbitral Tribunal permitting filing of the present application dated 3.3.2017 has also been placed on record. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that they have no objection if the present petition is allowed. The petition is accordingly allowed.

Summons may be issued to the said two witnesses to produce the documents as elaborated in the present application, returnable before the learned Arbitral Tribunal for 27.5.2017.

Petition stands disposed of.
