The present petition under Section 397, 401 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 08.05.2009 passed by the Court of Shri Sanjay Bansal, Ld. ACMM, North-District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in case R.C. No. STB/2002/E-0002/SIU-XI, in the interest of justice.

Any other order or relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner/revisionist, in the interest of justice." 2.

Learned SPP for the CBI submits that the present petition has become infructuous on account of the fact that the final judgment in the present case has been passed by Sh. Vimal Kumar Yadav, Ld. Special Judge (PC Act) CBI01, RACC, Delhi, whereby, vide judgment dated 23.11.2019, the petitioner stands acquitted. The copy of the aforesaid judgment has been taken on record in CRL.REV.P. 448/2009.
