CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 11.02.2016 On the basis of material placed on record, the Family Court directed the respondent to pay the maintenance of `5,500/- per month to the petitioners.
Beside this, litigation expenses of `11,000/- have also been granted to petitioners. Aggrieved by the order of Family Court, petitioners have preferred this petition under article 227 of the Constitution of India. During the pendency of petition, respondent has voluntarily augment to pay monthly maintenance of `11,000/- per month to petitioners and this amount is being paid regularly. Respondent is a salaried person. He has produced his salary certificate according to which he is getting about `34,000/- per month.
It is submitted that respondent's father is suffering paralysis and
respondent is looking after him as well. Keeping in mind the totality of the circumstances, I find the maintenance of `11,000/-per month to be adequate, which respondent is paying pursuant to the order dated 6th February, 2014. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 6th February, 2014.
Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
