The appellants had filed this application to place on record that the amount awarded by the Claims Tribunal was deposited by respondent No.3 before the Claims Tribunal out of which 10% amount has been released to the claimants and the balance amount has been transferred by the Claims Tribunal to this Court.

The Claims Tribunal has transferred two demand drafts for Rs.14,38,000/- and Rs.14,37,000/- to this Court in terms of judgment dated 22nd October, 2018.

Respondent No.3 is today depositing Rs.25,84,158/- with the Registrar General of this Court towards the enhanced awarded amount. 3.
As such a total amount of Rs.54,59,158/- will be available with the Registrar General of this Court for disbursement to the claimants. 4.
Registrar General is directed to disburse the aforesaid amount to the appellants by instructing UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch as under:- (i) Rs.48,00,000/- to be kept in 120 FDRs of Rs.40,000/- each, in the name of appellant No.1 for the period one month to 120 months respectively, with cumulative interest.
(ii) Balance amount after keeping Rs.48,00,000/- in FDRs be released to appellants No.1 and 2 in equal proportion by transferring the same to their following Saving Bank Accounts:- Appellant No.1, Raj Bala Savings Bank A/c No. 28670110000915 with UCO Bank, Prahaladpur Bangar, Delhi-42, IFSC Code:
UCBA0002867 Appellant No.2, Pawan Kumar Savings Bank A/c No. 28670110032428 with UCO Bank, Prahaladpur Bangar, Delhi-42, IFSC Code:
UCBA0002867 (iii) All the original FDRs shall remain with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. However, the statement containing FDR number, amount, date of maturity and maturity amount shall be furnished by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch to the appellant No.1.
(iv) The maturity amounts of the FDRs be released to appellant No.1 in
her savings bank accounts.
(v) No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.
(vi) The concerned banks of appellants No.1 and 2 shall permit the appellants No.1 and 2 to withdraw money from their savings bank accounts by means of a withdrawal form.

List for reporting compliance on 8th March, 2019. 6.
The respondent No.3 shall file the computation of interest within four weeks with advance copy to counsel for the appellants. 7.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
