1. This is an application filed by the Applicant/ Defendant, Ms. Pamela Singh for release of the sum of Rs.90 lakh, which has been deposited pursuant to the Agreement dated 20th October, 2015.

2. Learned counsel for the non-applicant states that she has no objection.

3. Accordingly the amount of Rs.90 lakh, together with interest accrued thereon, lying with the Registry of this Court is directed to be released to the Applicant/Defendant upon proper identification within a period of ten days from today.

4. The application is disposed of.
