1. Subject to the Petitioner initiating the process for appointment of the Arbitrator no later than two weeks from today, the interim order passed by this Court on 7th July, 2015 is directed to continue for a period of six weeks from today. In other words, if within the period of six weeks from day, no Arbitrator is appointed, the aforementioned interim order shall automatically stand vacated. In the event of an Arbitrator being appointed, the interim order will continue till such time it is varied, vacated or modified by the Arbitrator in an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in accordance with law.

2. The petition is disposed of.
