% 02.05.2016 This is an application filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for issuing summons to the witnesses at Sl. No. 4 &5 of Para 9 of the application.

On the last date of hearing, counsel for the applicant was directed to file an affidavit giving proper details with regard to the postal department whose officer needs to be summoned. The affidavit has been filed which is on record.

Let summons to concerned officer of the Excise and Taxation Department, Gurgaon West, Plot-C-1, Infocity, Sector-34, Gurgaon; concerned Officer of Trade and Tax Department, Special Zone, Ward no.

107, 13th Floor, Bikrikar Bhawan, IP Estate, Delhi-11002; and concerned Officers of the Post Office Jungpura, Defence Colony, Delhi High Court and H.N. Ashram as depicted in Para 4 of the affidavit be issued for appearance with relevant records before the learned Arbitrator on 12th May, 2016 at Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Delhi High Court at 3.30 PM.

The summons shall be accompanied with copy of the petition and the affidavit filed by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. Dasti.
