By this petition, the petitioner had sought extension of parole, however, since no extension was granted to the petitioner, he surrendered to custody. Petitioner was granted parole by this Court for a period of two weeks vide order dated 6th April, 2018 in W.P. Crl. 587/2018 to undergo the PCP programme of LL.M in Branch-II for which he was released w.e.f. 6th April, 2018. Now the petitioner has to appear in the examinations which are W.P.(CRL) 1388/2018

fixed from 22nd May, 2018 to 24th May, 2018.

Considering the verification report and that the petitioner has availed sufficient paroles and furloughs this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner for a period of four days with effect from the date of release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of Superintendent, Tihar Jail. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that as and when the petitioner will apply for parole and furlough in future, he will keep in mind his schedule for his examination and the PCP programme which he is required to mandatorily attend.
