% 13.02.2019 The petitioner was aggrieved by alleged unauthorized construction in property bearing No.8172, Gall Chimni Mill, Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi. While some action is stated to have been taken by respondent No.1/North-DMC, the petitioner who is present in-person, is not satisfied with the action so taken.

Mr. Bilal Anwar Khan, proxy counsel is present along with the petitioner in-person and states that Mr. P. K. Gupta, counsel for the petitioner, is indisposed and therefore not available today. Mr. Bilal Anwar Khan however identifies the petitioner Mohd. Tariq Qureshi.

The petitioner states that he is willing to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Special Task Force constituted by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs of the Government of India under Office Memorandums dated 25.04.2018 and 23.05.2018 under directions of the

Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 4677/1985 titled M.C. Mehta vs. Union of India & Ors.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Special Task Force as prayed for. The petition stands disposed of.
