This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 217/2011 registered under Sections 279/304A IPC at Police Station Darya Ganj, Delhi on the basis of a settlement arrived at between the parties dated 27th February, 2015.

As per the settlement, a total amount of Rs. 5.50 lacs had been agreed which the petitioner states has already paid to respondent Nos. 2 & 3. However, respondent Nos. 2 & 3, despite notice issued in 2017 and thereafter, have not appeared before this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner points out to the order dated 27th February, 2015 of the MACT records that out of the settlement, Rs. 1.50 lacs had to be paid to Smt. Rajkamal and Rs. 4 lacs had to be paid to Aadim Faras. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Counsel for the petitioner points out to the orders of the PO, MACT-2 (CENTRAL) Delhi of 27th February, 2015 and 1st April 2015, statements have been recorded noting that the said amounts have been duly paid. 5.

The MACT notes that nothing remains due as per the settlement. 6.

Accordingly, nothing further survives in this petition. 7.

FIR No. 217/2011 registered under Sections 279/304A IPC at Police Station Darya Ganj, Delhi, accordingly, stands quashed. 8.

Petition stands disposed of.
