The present petition under Sections 397, 401 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
"In view of the facts and circumstances stated above it is most respectfully prayed that the order dated 8.5.09 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Delhi framing charges against the petitioner under section 364/A/347/354/365/384/467/471 r/w 120 B IPC be kindly set aside.
Any other/further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts of the case be also passed."

Learned SPP for the CBI submits that the present petition has become infructuous on account of the fact that the final judgment in the present case has been passed by Sh. Vimal Kumar Yadav, Ld. Special Judge (PC Act) CBI01, RACC, Delhi, whereby, vide the said judgment dated 23.11.2019, the petitioner stands convicted. The copy of the aforesaid judgment has been taken on record in CRL.REV.P. 448/2009.
