% 11.02.2017 The parties have agreed to settle the dispute for an amount of Rs.3,00,000/-over and above the total amount awarded by the MACT Court, as full and final settlement of all the claims of appellant against the Insurance Company.
Mr. Jawahar Narang, Advocate for the appellant requests that the cheque be handed over to him and he undertakes that the same will be given to the appellant. Accordingly, a cheque of Rs.3,00,000/- has been handed over to Mr. Narang, Advocate for the appellant, the details of which are as under: "Cheque bearing No.805327 of Rs.3,00,000/- dated 03.02.2017 drawn at Standard Chartered Bank, Narain Manzil, 23, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi"
In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. The appeal is disposed of.
