% 23.08.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to the respondents to allot Shop No.27 (newly constructed), ISBT, Kashmiri Gate to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions and as per the record, submits that the respondents offer to allot the shop to the petitioner at the bid amount received by the respondents of Rs.1,37,786/- for a fixed tenure of three years on the other terms and conditions contained in the Notice Inviting Tender No.DTIDC/611/June/2016 (Revised). The petitioner has accepted the offer.
Accordingly, the parties shall enter into a licence agreement for a fixed tenure of three years on the monthly rate, as specified hereinabove, on the other terms and conditions, as contained in the said NIT apart from the standard terms and conditions of the licence agreement.
