% 31.03.2017 Mr.Vivek Bedi, the authorized representative of the respondent-company has handed over in Court today to Mr. Sandeep Goel, the petitioner, the following Demand Drafts:- 1.

Demand Draft bearing No.39376, dated 28.03.2017, drawn on State Bank of India, South Extension, Part-II branch in the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only). 2.

Demand Draft bearing No.39386, dated 29.03.2017, drawn on State Bank of India, South Extension, Part-II branch in the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only). 3.

Demand Draft bearing No.39455, dated 30.03.2017, drawn on State Bank of India, South Extension, Part-II branch in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only). 4.

Demand Draft bearing No.811879, dated 30.03.2017, drawn on Union Bank of India, South Extension branch in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only).

Demand Draft bearing No.39459, dated 31.03.2017, drawn on State Bank of India, South Extension, Part-II branch in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only).

Mr. Sandeep Goel, accepts the same subject to encashment thereof, towards full and final settlement of the underlying dispute vis-a-vis the respondent-company.

In view of the foregoing, Mr. Sandeep Goel, seeks leave to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to revive the petition in the event the aforesaid demand drafts are not honoured.

Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
