% 16.09.2016 C.M. 33853/2016 (u/S 151 CPC) While disposing of this appeal, a direction for time bound trial was issued.

By this application, both the sides jointly seek enlargement of time for deciding the suit, which is said to be pending at the stage of cross-examination of plaintiff's witness and in view of the fact that ten more witnesses have to be got examined by appellant-plaintiff and respondent-defendant has to lead twenty two witnesses. In view of the above, this application is allowed and time for recording of evidence of the parties is extended by one year w.e.f. the date already fixed by the trial court in the suit. The application is disposed of.
