% 24.04.2017 IA No.4924/2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the above captioned petition be disposed of in terms of order passed by this Court on 17.03.2017 as clarified by the order dated 31.03.2017 with liberty to approach this Court as and when the respondents invoke the bank guarantee. The learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the petitioner has invoked the arbitration clause and requested that an arbitral tribunal be constituted.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 17.03.2017 as clarified by the order 31.03.2017. Needless to mention that the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the arbitral tribunal for such relief as may be advised. VIBHU BAKHRU, J APRIL 24, 2017/MK
