% 30.07.2018 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the RC.REV. 353/2018 filed assailing the impugned judgment dated 05.02.2018 of the ARC/ACJ/CCJ in RC/ARC No.158/16 submitting to the effect that the said application is not covered by the DRC Act, 1958, as amended and that the appropriate remedy in the form of civil suit would be taken. Thus, the RC.REV. 353/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to seek redressal in accordance with law. ANU MALHOTRA, J JULY 30, 2018 vm
