At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the memo of parties filed from page No.5 to 13 is incorrect and the correct memo of parties has been placed from page No. 19 to 30. 2.
After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of his clients to file a substantive representation before the respondents, taking therein all the pleas and grievances subject matter of the present petition.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted.

The present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending applications with directions to the respondents that as and when the petitioners file a W.P.(C) 5967/2018
substantive representation before them, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed thereon within eight weeks, from the date of receipt thereof, under written intimation to them.
