"As per the office report, the appellant has not yet been served. Issue a fresh Court notice to the appellant and its counsel as well as to the respondent and its counsel, returnable on 04.08.2025." 2.

The office noting for today shows that the Court Notices issued to appellant has remained unserved as the appellant has shifted. Counsel for the appellant also refused with the statement that the "party is already expired and taken back the file."
