With the consent of counsel for the parties, the captioned petition is summoned from the Registry.

As agreed by counsel for the parties, the captioned petition is disposed of with following directions:- 2.1 The captioned petition will be placed before the Arbitral Tribunal.

O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 202/2018

2.2 The Arbitral Tribunal will adjudicate upon the instant petition by treating the same as one filed under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2.3 Pending adjudication, the interim order passed by this Court dated 04.05.2018 will continue to operate.

2.4 The Arbitral Tribunal will, however, have the liberty to either confirm, vacate or even modify the order dated 04.05.2018, albeit, after giving due opportunity to both sides.
