By way of this application, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition as he has been working elsewhere since 2011 but wishes that the reservation policy be implemented in the appointments to the teaching post in government run hospitals.

For the reasons stated in the application, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition.

Needless to say, that the reservation policy would be implemented by respondents as per law.

In view of the order passed in this application, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
