JUSTICE VINOD GOEL % 23.03.2017 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the mother (petitioner) seeking production of her son, respondent no. 4. The petitioner claims that the respondent no. 4 is being illegally detained by respondent no. 2 (grand-mother), respondent no. 3 (aunt-Bua) in connivance with respondent no. 5 and 6.

On an advance copy having been served, Rohan Malhotra, who is 32 years of age, has been produced in the court. Petitioner has met Rohan Malhotra outside the court.
