% 22.05.2018 Komal, the daughter of the petitioner has been produced. She states that she has married Nakul out of her own free will and accord. As per the status report tendered in Court, the date of birth of Komal has been verified as 01.03.2000. She got married on 30.04.2018. Thus, she was major on the date of her marriage.

Komal states that she wishes to reside with her husband. She states that she has got married in a temple. Along with the status report the affidavits sworn by Komal has been produced, which records the said position.

Since Komal is a major, she is entitled to take her own decisions. Accordingly, no further orders are called for in the present petition.

However, we direct the SHO, PS-Sector 23, Dwarka to counsel the petitioner and his other family members not to take law into their own hands and issue any threats to Komal, her husband and other family members. In case of any apprehension of any harm coming from the petitioner or his family members, it shall be open to Komal and her family members to seek protection from the local police.
