By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is praying for quashing of FIR No.0035/2015 registered under Section 3 of Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 2007 at PS Mansarovar Park, North-East, Delhi.

Notice. Mr.R.S.Kundu, A.S.C. for the State accepts notice of this writ petition and submits that in case FIR No. 0035/2015 PS Mansarovar Park, the Magistrate has declined to take cognizance of this matter. 3.

In view of the above, learned senior counsel for the petitioner upon instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 4.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
