% 20.12.2016 C.M.No.46926/2016 This is an application filed by the respondents praying that the petitioner should be directed to accept the cheque bearing no.878504 dated 5th December, 2016 drawn on State Bank of India, Tis Hazari Court Complex, New Delhi for the amount of Rs.21,06,293/-. Learned counsel for the respondents/applicants has also handed over a computation sheet, wherein it is stated that the petitioner's arrears of salary plus employer's share of EFF totals to Rs.35,54,314/- She further states that after deduction of TDS, the cheque of Rs.21,06,293/- has been prepared. A photocopy of the computation sheet is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner has accepted the cheque of Rs.21,06,293/-.

In view thereof, present contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said computation if he is aggrieved by the same.
