% 01.12.2017 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No. 540/15, PS R.K. Puram, under Sections 406/420/120B/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Placed on record is a status report dated 13.02.2017, SHO PS R.K. Puram indicating to the effect that during the course of the investigation, the parties have amicably resolved the matter and have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement and that the demands due to the complainant had also been paid as a consequence of which a cancellation report has been submitted to the Patiala House Courts, which as per the said status report was fixed for the date 05.02.2017 qua which learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the next date of the hearing was 25.07.2017 and it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the said cancellation report has been accepted and thus learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.

In view of the submissions made, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
