Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant is avoiding to appear before the trial court and despite the assurance given in Court on 17.12.2018 that he shall appear on 17.01.2019, he failed to appear.

Learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits that the complainant was not well on the said date and once again assures that BAIL APPLN. 1031/2018

he shall appear before the trial court on 13.03.2019. 5.

It is clarified that in case the complainant fails to appear without a reasonable cause on 13.03.2019, trial court would be at liberty to take coercive steps against the complainant. 6.
