2. It is stated that the refund order has been passed. The refund amount together with interest shall be disbursed into the Petitioner's account within one week.

3. In the event that the Petitioner has any grievance on account of nonpayment of whole or part of the interest, it would be open to the Petitioner to first approach the VATO concerned and then seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
