It is stated that the he has no objection if the prayer made by the petitioner is allowed and the trial of the case pending before the learned Family Judge is expedited. Before this Court, it has been informed that the matter has been reserved for judgment since sometime and the matter is now fixed for 20.07.2016 for orders on the divorce petition which is HMA No.1408/2014 titled Hardeep Kaur Vs. Taranjeet Singh. Learned Family Judge will ensure that the matter is expedited and in case it has been reserved for judgment, the judgment is passed within an outer limit of 15 days from the date of the receipt of this order. No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
