% 11.08.2016 The respondents have put an appearance. To substantiate the averments made in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has shown certain photographs to the Court and which are taken on record which shows that a gate has been affixed; his submission is that this gate blocks his passage and access to his two acres of land. Additional submission as is noted in the writ petition is that he has made two complaints dated 18.04.2016 followed by a subsequent complaint dated 19.04.2016 but no action has been taken on these complaints. Contention is that the Nirankari Mission/private party (not arrayed as a party in the writ petition) is grabbing the land belonging to the Government. The respondents will look into the matter and the complaints of the petitioner addressed to the SHO PS Burari dated 18.04.2016 & 19.04.2016 (part of the record) will be answered in accordance with law.
No further orders are called for on this petition. Petition disposed of.
