Notice has not gone to the respondents as process fee was not filed. It is seen that the notice was directed to be issued on 26.11.2018 but was not served as no steps were taken by the petitioners. Accordingly, fresh notice was directed to be issued on 14.12.2018. However, the same could also not be served as the petitioners did not take the necessary steps. On 13.05.2019, once again, notice was directed to be issued but that has not been served as the petitioners did not file the process fee. It is apparent that the petitioners are not serious in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
