Mr.Sarjeevan Mittal, appellant no.1 and the respondent present in Court sought passover to make an endeavour to amicably resolve the matter. Ms.Eshita Baruah, Advocate present in Court was requested to assist the parties in resolving the matter.

The case was taken up after lunch at 3.00 PM when both the parties submitted that they have amicably resolve the matter with the assistance of Ms.Eshita Baruah, Advocate. As per the settlement, the appellant no.1 has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.80,000/- to the respondent in full and final settlement.

Appellant no.1 submits that he has deposited Rs.1,56,000/- with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch in terms of order dated 11th July, 2016. 4.

UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to transfer Rs.80,000/- to the savings bank account of the respondent, Ekta Gupta. The respondent shall furnish the details of her savings bank account directly to

UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch.

UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to refund the balance amount along with interest accrued on the FDR to appellant no.1 by transferring the same to his savings bank account No.023690100010562 with Yes Bank, Preet Vihar, Delhi (IFSC Code : YESB0000236). 6.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. The Registrar General shall refund the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- to appellant no.1.

This Court appreciates the assistance rendered by Ms.Eshita Baruah, Advocate in assisting the parties in resolving the matter. 8.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
