Present Applications have been filed seeking permission to withdraw the respective Appeals in view of settlement of disputes between the parties under the aegis of "Vivad se Vishwas II (Contractual Disputes) Settlement Scheme".

Learned counsel for the Applicant-Appellant states that during the pendency of the Appeals before this Court, Government of India introduced a 'one-time settlement scheme' dated 29th May, 2023 titled "Vivad se Vishwas II (Contractual Disputes) Settlement Scheme" to settle pending contractual disputes, wherein the award passed by an Arbitrator/ Arbitral The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Tribunal or Order/Judgment of a Court is of monetary value only. He states that the parties have settled their disputes under the same Scheme. In view of the settlement of disputes, the present appeals and applications are disposed of as withdrawn.
