% 28.05.2018 CA 668/2018 This application is filed under section 481 of the Companies Act seeking dissolution of the respondent company. It has been pointed out in the application that pursuant to advertisement inviting claims from the creditors no claims have been received. It has also been pointed out that there are no assets available of the company in question. The Ex.Director of the company Shri Hardeep Gill had deposited Rs.1,50,000/- and the balance amount of Rs.1,43,421/- is available as on 31.01.2018. In view of the above, application is allowed and the company in liquidation Pumpkin Studios Private Limited is dissolved under section 481 of the Companies Act. The balance amount available with the OL in the account of the said company will be transferred to the common pool fund on account of the expenses incurred by the OL.
