% 25.07.2016 Respondent no.3 is present in response to the notice issued to him. The court has interacted with him. There is a dispute between the petitioner and respondent no.3, who are brothers, with regard to the share in the property. The property, even according to respondent no.3, belongs to the mother.

According to respondent no.3, it is the petitioner who had first tried to inflict injuries upon him by using a knife. He claimed that he snatched the knife from the petitioner and in the scuffle, the petitioner got injured. Both the parties are directed to maintain and peace and order.

Ms. Rao submits that so far as grant of police protection to the petitioner is concerned, the same may be difficult considering the fact that the parties are residing in the same property. The telephone number of beat constable shall be provided to the petitioner, so that he could make a report in case there is any threat to the petitioner and his family members. The same shall also be provided to respondent No.3 for the same purpose. It is informed that a case has already been registered and charge sheet filed against respondent No.3 under Section 324/341 IPC on 25.05.2016 before the concerned court.
