Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the controversy involved in the present set of writ petitions stands covered by the decision passed in W.P.(C) 4374/2018 titled as Action Committee Unaided Recognized Private Schools v. Directorate Of Education and Anr, dated 15.03.2019. He, however, submits that the Directorate of Education has preferred an LPA against the said decision, which is pending before the Division Bench of this Court in LPA 226/2019. He, therefore, submits that the Court may consider disposing of the instant writ petitions binding the parties to abide by the decision to be passed in pending LPA 226/2019. The prayer is not opposed. 2.

The aforesaid submission appears to be reasonable. Accordingly, instead of keeping these petitions pending on the Board of this Court, it is directed that the parties to present writ petitions, shall be bound by the decision to be passed in LPA 226/2019 or any other proceedings which may arises therefrom.

With the aforesaid observations, the petitions stand disposed of, alongwith pending applications.
