O R D E R

% 24.07.2018 The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the nature of the allegations against the petitioner are extremely grave; he is accused of having murdered the deceased-Sahib Lal @ Guddu with a hosiery cutting blade.

The other four accused are behind bars, including the wife of the deceased. The petitioner is accused of having killed the deceased after consuming alcohol.

Looking into the nature of the allegations and the gravity of the offences, the Court is not inclined to grant any relief. The petition is dismissed.
