% 30.01.2018 The present petition has bene filed seeking partial quashing of FIR No.127/2016 under Sections 308/34 P.S. R.K. Puram submitting to the effect that the settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent No.2. It has been submitted now on behalf of the petitioner that the matter has also been settled between respondent No.2 and other co-accused, Mr. Sameer and Debu as mentioned in the FIR and that the learned counsel present on behalf of the present petitioner Dharampal will also represent the other accused named in the FIR and thus seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition arraying the other accused as parties to the said settlement.

On behalf of the State there is no opposition to the prayer. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed. Dasti.
