W.P.(C) 3759/2016 and CM No. 16002/2016 By way of present petition under Article of the Constitution of India petitioner, inter alia, seeks quashing of recovery certificate dated 17.04.2015 and show cause notice of arrest dated 16.02.2016 issued by Recovery Officer, Employees Provident Fund Organisation.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and application with liberty to obtain certified copy of order under Section 14-B of the

Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and to take appropriate legal remedy.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition as well as application stand dismissed as withdrawn.
