O R D E R

% 17.05.2018 By this petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 15th January, 2018 rejecting his application for grant of furlough on the ground of unsatisfactory behaviour.

A perusal of the nominal roll of the petitioner reveals that the petitioner was last granted parole for a period of four weeks by this Court on 15th March, 2016 till 12th April, 2016 however the petitioner did not surrender in time and was re-arrested on 19th July, 2016. Since furlough is a reward of good conduct and the petitioner having already breached the condition of grant of furlough, this Court finds no illegality in the impugned order dated 15th January, 2018 declining to grant furlough to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
