% 09.05.2016 The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file a Regular First Appeal [RFA(OS)] in respect of the judgment and decree dated 10.03.2015 in CS(OS) 393/2006.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, provided the appellants file the Regular First Appeal within 10 days from today. The issue of limitation would be considered by the Bench hearing the Regular First Appeal, in case it is so filed.
